Prescription Fills
Earn 1 point for every $1 spent on prescriptions fulfilled through ALYV-partnered pharmacies. Points are credited automatically after dispensing confirmation.
Referrals
Earn 500 points for each person you refer who completes their full health intake. There is no cap on referral earnings — refer as many as you’d like.
Treatment Milestones
Earn bonus points at your 3-month, 6-month, and 12-month treatment anniversaries. Consistency is one of the most powerful indicators of success — and we reward it.
Wellness Check-Ins
Completing optional physician check-in surveys and progress updates earns bonus points while helping your provider fine-tune your protocol.
Lab Submissions
Submitting requested lab work or uploading recent bloodwork results earns points and ensures your provider has the data needed for optimal protocol management.

FAQ
Do I need to sign up for the Rewards Circle?
No. All active ALYV patients are automatically enrolled from their first prescription. Your points balance is viewable through your patient portal.
Do points expire?
Points remain active as long as your ALYV account has had at least one prescription filled in the past 12 months. Inactive accounts may see points expire after one year of inactivity.
How do I redeem points?
Points can be applied toward prescription credits or consultation fees directly through your patient portal or by contacting your care coordinator. Redemptions are processed within 1–2 business days.
Can I transfer points to another patient?
Points are non-transferable and tied to your individual patient account. Referral bonuses are credited to the referring patient’s account only.
How do I know which tier I’m in?
Your current tier and points balance are displayed in your patient portal dashboard. You will also receive an email notification whenever you advance to a new tier.
Are Rewards Circle benefits combinable with other offers?
In most cases, yes. Rewards points can be applied alongside standard pricing. Specific exclusions, if any, will be noted at checkout or communicated by your care coordinator.
