Do I need to be a physician to partner with ALYV?
Physician-level partnerships require an active prescribing license. Clinic and corporate partnerships do not — but must include at least one licensed prescribing provider within the organization.
Is there a cost to join the Partner Network?
There is no upfront fee to apply or enter a discovery conversation. Specific partnership structures — including any platform fees or revenue sharing arrangements — are discussed during the agreement phase.
Can I use my own branding?
Yes. Co-branded and white-label configurations are available for qualifying practice partners. Brand guidelines and co-marketing standards are covered in the partnership agreement.
Which states does ALYV currently serve?
ALYV currently has licensed physician coverage across 40+ states. State availability for partner programs depends on the prescribing physician’s licensure. We can discuss your specific state footprint on a discovery call.
How does pharmacy fulfillment work for partner patients?
All prescriptions — whether originating from ALYV-network physicians or partner physicians — are fulfilled through our vetted 503A/503B pharmacy network. Partners do not need to manage pharmacy relationships independently.
